what you reckon to the ecoteks jason, ive had them on 2 of my other cars.

yeah but ecotec valves are for n/a pre lambda sensor engines, wont work if your developeing even the slightest boost and lambdas will compensate for any extra air let into system anyway. yes/ no maybe im wrong just wondering

i must admit ive never used one on a turbo'd car but im sure they work, and most of the cars that are listed on there webpage have lambdas.

well bee gee vince has them on his car and put me onto them,,you have to run 2 on a zed because its over 2600 cc,,but yes thet do go on a turbocharged car,,,look nice bud ,,test drove the car seems fine so far but if it helps me out on some fuel consumption then it cant be bad

just did a quick bit of checking on net and some european court has ruled that ecotec valves cannot be advertised as fuel economy devices due to the fact that modern fuel injection systems ie lambda controlled would make adjustments to the fueling therefore negating any effect the ecotec valve would have. also with vacum line coming off the vg30 manifold where it does any extra air bled into inlet would mainly go to one cylinder only and i doubt very much if its effect could travel through balance bar to opposit bank of cylinders. dont think i,d want it on my car to be honest.

seem to remember vince had his blocked off (just for bling factor)

may be wrong
