I had been suffering with slight to huge judders from the front since i had my zed from last october. It got really bad in the past 2 months above 60mph. Last week i fitted adjustable front upper suspension links with a spirit level heh, and i think i got the camber bang on. But the ride was still awfull above 60mph. So today i got replacement Falken 451 ZR-Y's fitted on the front and by gum the difference is massive. The zed now rides as true as a bullet and well balanced. I feel like i have a new car lol.

The chilling thing is that the negative camber was warping my tyres. I could have had a blow out. I did not realise now ruined my tyres were until i took them of the the first time myself 3 weeks ago. Terrified by the really uneven wear i got on the case and now they are sorted :hyper:

think you still need to get a proper wheel alignment done......spirit level :nono:

Have a look at this site. It may convinve you to get a 4 wheel check at least.

If you have changed the upper arms to adjustable ones it won't take long to get it sorted.

wheels-inmotion is now a member of this forum and I'm sure would give you some advice.

Sorted mine out for me.

coopers, I can't help but notice that your number plate there is completely covering the radiator, does it not overheat?

Nice work bud. Now go get the geometry set up by a pro! Well worth the small amount of cash it will cost you.

I have got it booked in with Zedworld in late June to sort alignment exactly, hence why i had a go myself now. And tomorrow i will have a look at rear camber which i belive i can set without extra gubbings as i have a TT.

you don't need to wait that long mate ,anywhere that offers 4 wheel laser alignment locally will be able to set this up for you next week

Understand the possibility of camber wear may return! With the best intentions a spirit level cannot be considered absolute........ Be wise!.... Tiss better than Dead!
