I hate living in ireland it has just been fully established. My mate rang me yesterday asking did i want to go to the british superbike championship which was due to be on in mondello park today just outside dublin. as anyone would i jumped for the opitunity. when we got their it turned out she forgot to mention we had paddock passes aswell. brilliant then it turned out we were also on the list to get in stobart honda's suite. grand went in had a meal and then after all that the race was called off due to the rain. so that was the first downfall. got to the car and it turned out it was a bit mucked in. pushed it out and drove to the exit which was that mucky a tractor was having to pull each car out one by one!! once out in took 2 and a half hours to drive home due to traffic it only took 45min to get there though! Ireland sucks and this day was a failure

You got free food.. How can any day with free food be bad.

Have to admit bud, i'd give my right arm for free food at japfest :rofl:

 

Instead i had to pay 4.50 for a piddly little jacket potato with beans and sausage :(

yeah suppose and the food was top class. it wasnt the usual rubbish you would expect but instead pasta in a sauce and chicken. afterwards there was cheese and crackers and as many drinks as you wanted as all you did was help yourself. the girls clearing up where top class(as you would expect)

Well we had burgers, coke in the can (cheers rich) and the women there were reasonably fit but needed a bag over the head lol

yeah pretty much the same here. lovely bodies but the faces looked plasticie. suppose none are perfect!! just annoyed cause i was well up for watchin some quality bikes. all they managed was a few warm up laps but even then you could see a few were having problems stayin on the bikes

lol, chunk took me out on the track yesterday and he was praying for rain so he could get some drifting. Luckily for me, no rain :D lol

 

I'm not a big fan of speeding in the wet, so take away two wheels and i'd be even less inclined to enjoy it :D

It seemed crazy i was standing watching them come down the straight and there is a small decline when you come off the last turn and nearly every bike was going straight up onto the back wheel which was unreal to watch but the noise was brilliant. those machines just sound the business

Bike car and anything that looks fun and goes fast. which is the category i would put the zed in. just wait till i can get a licence to then wait to get insured on one. cant wait

course i am. just over a year till i turn 17 so i can get my licence so approx 5 or 6 years till i can even think about a zed due to insurance. it will happen before im 25 and that is a promise. the car as a whole is lovely. its looks power interior there is nothing it lacks. a 16year old car which looks brilliant in a tarffic jam, what more do you need in a car

very true, my advise is rather than buy a jap import and spend ££££s on insurance go for a uk car. They're more expensive but the insurance is about half the price and if you're going for one at 17 you're talking about 3/4k insurance

i know it isnt gonna happen when im 17 but it will happen one day. just once i have a job and the bank manager gives me the go ahead!! it will completely upstage my mates seen as there all gonna have their modified corsa's and fiesta's just like usual lads but i have to be different and different is best!!!

Too right save and buy, don't be side tracked and when you buy get your mum on the insurance it'll cost less, and the lads don't need to know. ;)

Hope I don't have the same weather when I go to the British Superbikes @ Mallory Park on the 4th June, Super bikes are great, was able to go to two meets last years, Brands Hatch and Thurxton, unfortunately only one this year, as I have spent a fortune on the Zed

It should of been a very good day but what can you do the weather just spoils everything
