went out and got an MP3headunit player today

 

has a USB connection-whats a good memory stick to get and how much should i pay?what memory will i need?

I have a 512mb card in mine and it holds 10 albums, so if you work on those numbers you can see if you need any bigger or not.

1gb USB memory sticks are about £20 these days. You should get about 200 songs on that.

Aldi are doing them for £7 right now, not sure on size sorry....

does it have the ability to play from sd cards aswell? I know many have the slot for a mem stick as well as the sd (digi cam type) card. My usb head unit is annoying in that if I take out the stick when I leave the car next time I use it, the songs start playing from the first song. That first song then becomes really annoying really quickly. With the SD card you could leave it in the slot all the time. Having said that though the memory sticks are really useful to have with you anyways so probably best to get one of them.
