I'm at home yesterday evening between 5pm and 7pm baby sitting my four month old baby daughter while Jen (my fiance) is out having her first driving lessons.
So what do you do as a bloke with a baby asleep in its bouncing chair in front of the TV??...watch old episodes of Top Gear because quite frankly Neighbours and Home and Away are not my cup 'o' cha! LOL :D
Anyway, I just happen to be watching the episode where Jezzer is racing James and Da Hamster to some ski slopes somewhere in Switzerland I think in a Ferrari 612 Spaghetti (Scaglietti) and just after that had finished my baby daughter decided to wake up, so I picked her up out of her chair and took her to my front window for a ganders outside and what was parked right outside my house? ;)
How weird is that?
Considering that I live right opposite a load of council houses one of which is occupied by who we call "Corsa boy and Corsa Girl" because they have...yep you guessed it...a street maxed up VX Corsa and their friends have a Saxo and a Punto GT! So I thought this was a refreshing change to my daily "Out the window with baby in arms look of being nosey!" :D
Thankyou Lord for being a true miracle worker, did I try and nick it? No but looking back on it I should have.
