Went to pick up some furniture Saturday 220mile round trip ! got there bent down to pick up a piece of carpet did not even get to touch it and crack !

Got a trapped nerve in my lower back !!

Fookin marvellous wast of time. Signed of work for a week and loaded with

VALIUM anti inflamatory drugs and some strong pain killers !

 

It Fooking hurts cant even sit down to take a sh*t !!

Im pissed off now and to top it all the brand new battery on my Zed is flat and the charger appears to throwing a pissy fit and wont charge ?

oh fook me was the carpet colour a white/cream colour if so that will be the fookin carpet that mugged me the other fookin week!!!

 

went to pick it up and fooked my back in too!! i found that massive amounts of deep heat and a few tramadols worked wonders over the course of the week , kept moving too didnt want it to settle in there..

 

go on i know it stinks but its fookin great.. get urself some deep heat, and stick a good handful on!
