FFS Karl.....

knock it back bud

Mine runs just over 1bar (17psi) on the AVCR and the fuel injectors are at 92%.

If you really are running over 2bar then you will be running seriously low on fuel.

Not Good :nelson:

do you know how to set them up mate, i dont have a fuking clue bud.

give us a ring mate 07867525420

Need to sort that ASAP mate, you'll be running very lean and could blow your engine. Def stay off boost! Killed my last Zed like that.

blackmagic sorted me out today thx guys, i was on the fone with him at about 0745 and it is now set safe, i may have another boost leak coz its set up to how his is and i can only go to 0.6-8, so i will need to get it into the garage to have a look.

No probs bud :duffer:

At least your safe for now bud till you get it setup properly.

May not have a boost leak if what you said above was true coz to be able to reach that level it must be fairly well sealed.

its showing im running way over 2 bar

However...every Zed is soooooooooo different its all down to the setup...

I hope you get it in soon and get the full potential of ya ride :nana2:

You can tell if you have a boost leak (well, vac leak) with the AVCR. At idle I think mine reads about 450-480 mm per something or other. I spent ages searching TT.net when I was setting mine up and I came to the conclusion every car is different.

Set the boost level you want, then set the duty at about 65%. Go for a run in your car and if it spikes reduce the duty a couple of %. If it doesn't reach your boost level quickly enough then increase the duty a couple of %. After a few full throttle runs it starts to self learn the duty anyway and changes it for different rev levels.

This is what I did, and mine works fine now. A little bit of boost spike but not much.

Hope this helps.

Just another note. I was aiming for about 1.1 bar when I set the duty to 65% so if you don't want to run that much boost, start at about 60%
