7 weeks ago, i had an accident in work, which did a lot of damage to my elbow and mainly my ulnar nerve (this is your funny bone)

 

i've now lost the feeling in 2 fingers, and starting to get muscle wasteage from the damage, so ive not been back to work since.

 

went today for my hospital appointment, where they have said they are rushing me through for nerve conductive studies, and until i have them, they did this to me....

A bright side is you might be able to sign on the disability and coin it in forever - surely the holy grail of modern living.

I severed my ulner nerve about 11 years ago. They messed up the first opp so they took a nerve out of my leg & put it in my arm but that did not work. I had a year off work, it has got better with time. So good luck M8 hope you get on ok.

Don't worry about it I came off my motorbike 5 years ago (someone else's fault) destroyed my left arm, ulna plated and nerve damage Radial head removed ulna head damage floppy wrist and The feeling has come back...well sort of but you adapt. oh and me left hip, knee, shin and ankle is fooked as well.

 

Anyway get well soon, and don't worry you will be fine, hay it might help you stop smoking so it's not all bad ;)
