Was driving up to muffy's today to go and pick up my new wheels and this happened at 70mph....

Scared the sh*t out of me to have my windscreen covered in brown water and steam come out the bonnet. Was shaking for 20 mins after :(

Any idea whether its repairable? I thought about bonding in a strengthening metal pipe and then bonding in the plastic sleeve again, would this be strong enough?

Or am i looking at a new radiator? :(

Well done my bodges repair job:

Take one didn't work too well, the epoxy resin wasn't the same as my usual stuff and melted with the heat causing a little swearing and mess this morning.

Take two seems to be holding. Slit a 30mm dia pipe inside and screwed directly into it using epoxy resin to seal the whole thing together and hold it on the rad.

Fingers crossed till MarcZ32 sends me that rad, soon as that cheque comes for 1500 i'm off to buy a koyo i think :)
