Quick Help Needed

Ok guys some quick help is needed on these 3 questions if you can:

1) Anybody got car seat covers for their Z? how did you deal with a) The knobs and electrics b) the front seats being able to fold foward?

2) Anybody painted their brake calipers? what sort of paint is best to use? and how many coats etc?

3) Anyone painted the inside trim of their Z? i.e the Centre trim, power window button trim etc? what sort of paint? do you clear coat it? will it look good, withstand heat, scratches etc?

btw my Z is: 91 Auto 2+2 NA the seats are starting to wear (grey cloth) so wanna get them covered mid to cheap range covers. Also wanting to do the inside trim with a bit of paint if you think it loos good, ideas? help?

at the recent meet i noticed that zedster in his has a lovely set of furry tiger skin effect seat covers in his zed, u should ask him.

I used a caliper lacquer kit from Foliatec.

Heat/oil/acid/scratch resistant and stays looking glossy. Well worth it.

See the close up in my rides.

Not sure if Halfords stock it but I got mine from an advert in Max Power of Fast Car mag (the shame of it!).

The cliper paint is a rip off price wise just use Hamerite smooth, will litrally go over anything, when you do them avoid the Nissan lettering and later take a file and rub over the raised letters to shine them up, did mine 10 months ago still top. Jeff TT
