i'm hoping to go to new york for christmas :hyper: i have been looking on the net but too many companies to go through anyone recommend a good travel company. i know its going to be exspensive at the time i'm hoping to go 22th december to 28th but its working out more than my two weeks in orlando :eek:

Actually, I was there the weekend before last. I wouldn't bother with a travel company, book a cheap flight and when you know the exact dates book a hotel online.

how much would i be looking at for flights approx

Me and the Mrs are meant to be going for a week or so.

 

I think normally you can get flights for about £250 return per person.

 

It mightg be more at Christmas but it's meant to be nice there at that time (if cold!).

I went there a few years ago for New Year, bloody awesome! If your thinking of going Christmas time then take loads of warm wlothes, hat, scarf, gloves etc because it's fooking freezing.

Went there last August for 5 days Used a company called "Charter travel" Cant find the phone no will try and find out. Went in August and it was heat wave time fookin hot ! We flew with Virgin me and the wife Cheap hotel Around £1800 all in. Dont spend money on flash Hotel as you wont be in it !! Make sure you do the Empire State Building, The USS Intrepid. Do a Helicopter ride as well its Fookin awsome !!

Theres so much to see you really have to get stuck in. its awsome.

New York, New York, so good they .... made it bitterly cold and windy ! (or hot and insufferably humid in the Summer).

cant help with prices as i went with the wife for FREE :hyper: with work on the 10th march this year. its fantastic place and when our big boss pays for 200 workers 5 star all the way its even better :hyper:

take plenty of cash i spent $1000 in 3 days and take lots of $1 doller bills for tipping.

1 good tip if you want to go up the empire state building book on line like i did and you miss all the que's :hyper:
