ferdinands well overated, hows about ledley king playing alongside terry, i like him in the defensive midfield role, but i thought he played realy well at centre back in one of the internationals, cant think who it was against at the minute though :headvswal

still don't think you can play gerard and lampard together, u need someone to make lamps play like makelely does ie carrick or scott parker or poss ledley king

when both are playing you only get one playmaker and the other restricted at doing what he does best.

Gerrard is damn good but, I think he has been lazy for England in the past, good but lazy, is this because there has been another player taking the role that he fits into naturaly. So can you play them both?

 

You can't leave out Carragher

thats what i mean ,they r both good players but too similar so you would play one or the other subject to who's on form or effective.
