It ran fine just before i was about to go on holiday went round to my nans to say goodbye iam going to Egypt whent so i left it with the turbo timer on for three mins, when i came back out to the car and started it the revs where up and down then went to set off it started to splutter and then it wouldent go over 2500rpm like it had a limiter set at that rpm .

 

Then when i got home it started and ran well then half way home it started doing it again :headvswal any help would be great

Sounds like MAF, check your connector for green sh!t, clean and refit

when my idle was farting around it was "green stuff" on the TPS connector, have a look at that too!

tps is that the conector on the side of the air flow censor
