NZR - Web to Mobile phone

Bit of a longshot here but thought I would post this anyways as there re a lot of IT people on this forum.

Does anyone know what is required in order to send a mp3 file from the web to a mobile phone?

I am asking because a friend of mine would like to set this up on his website.

Thanks,

Chris

do you mean his own phone or like a site for anyone to download it ?

if its his own, then either a bluetooth connection or data cable, if its a download site, possibly he could allow them to download the file as normal and then they transfer to the phone as above?

i have no idea how to download direct to the phone if its not his mate, i would imagine some form of text service programme or a wap enabled site

Hi mate .. and thanks for the reply .. he has a website that he wishes to sell mp3 files from .. doesn't really matter about the format for now.

He would like to sell his files and allow people to download that file to their mobile ...

I have no idea about this, LOL .. I just do the colouring in ...

Any advice & ideas welcome ... This will be from his own website so no third party involved.

Thanks

Chris
