Changing gear could only ever be described as a challenge during your first week of driving lessons...

 

Look at it the other way - it takes just as much skill to get the best out of an auto box and know how to drive it fast.

 

You may as well say:

I think he is the monkey if he thinks anyone would drive a Z fast by leaving it in D.

 

Still don't believe anyone can out accelerate my auto with HKS ALC fitted in a manual of equal power. If you CAN do it, lets see you do it ten times in a row and i'll turn back to help you pick up your clutch fragments!

If a manual IS quicker, I have traction control and much more power than you stock Z'ers anyway so you can still fuck right off into insignificance in my rear view mirror! LOL

 

Which is quicker a modded auto or a stock manual? By the time you found a manual and paid more for it you could have upped the power on an auto Z. LOL

We can get an answer to this next time your at North Weald or Santa Pod drag strip. I,ve never had a problem with traction and I don't have traction control. It takes a good driver to get the balance right and launch properly :P thats why I drive a manual. I'll Z you there in my manual. It looks like the spec of your car is the same as mine, so it should be a good test.
