300zx Sound Archive Quiz

FACT: "Did you know that the human body responds to triplets (groups of three's for the really thick people :D) better than any other group both visually and through sound? Thereby an engine with 6, 12 or 18 cylinders (or any multiple of 3) sounds the best to the human ear. Now i could just be making that up but the sound of a Pagini Zonda v12 makes me wet myself with glee" :D

Being the petrolhead, sound junkie who spends hours listening to engine soundclips and videos and can pretty much tell what a car is from the sound it makes, i thought i'd see if we could get together sound clips of all the cars then maybe run a quiz later on,

The 300zx.co.uk "Guess the Derivation" Contest

------------------------------------------------------

(the entrant has to guess whether the car has air filter/turbo/what level of boost/etc) and for bonus points, the owner :D

Anyone got any sound clips and a photo they wish to send me? :D

Stick em in an email to nick@delazo.com and when i've got enough i'll whack together a nice little quiz online :)

If you send them with your cars specs as well and the owners call name so i can stick that in the quiz too for the answers.

Let's say the closing date is midnight, 10th of APRIL?

WHAT DOES EVERYONE THINK?

THIS'll SORT THE REAL PETROLHEADS FROM THE PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY KNOW CARS ;)

:duffer: -"mmm petrol"

Cheers,

Nick
