HELP NEEDED!

After my little incident last week, my car needs a new wing and bumper. It looks like i will be getting the work done through my insurance as i have protected no claims. I have been told i can use any garage and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Or does anyone work in a coachbuilders? It doesnt really matter where the location is. As well as the bumper and wing i would like to fit a wide arch kit and skirts and have the whole car resprayed at the same time. The insurance will obviously be paying for the wing and bumper but I would like to keep the cost to myself down for the rest of the car. Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Cheers Baz
