I've finally got my car back after Ryan has nearly lost his hair with it. Boy has that man got patience - I thought he was going to charge me rent on it!

I'm convinced now that the car is actually possessed - give it a re-con engine and new turbo's and it still laughs at me by splitting a top hose! But once again Ryan saves the day.

So for anyone visiting ZTech lately, there's no more yellow heap hanging around - hope I've not spoken to soon.

And to Ryan, thanks again mate - I love this car and yes I have washed it.

Now for 1000 miles below 3k rpm, oh and fit some new temp/oil gauges, and fix the fuel gauge, central locking, new tyres, cure the squeaky trim.......err anyone want to buy a car?

I know how you feel about a car being possessed, I don't think my zed wanted to leave Duff's at all , had recon'd turbos and oil pump, shocks died during the MOT, poor thing just kept falling apart

I still need 02 sensors and yip the prop centre bearing has just gone too....

I see you live in Warwick, hellome too wave at me when you see a grey zed zooming round Warwick or Leamington Spa

They are getting old people.

We are all now facing the 'wall' of multiple failures due to many components reaching the end of their design life. How 'we' (the zed community) see our cars through this period will determine if they reach 'classic' status. Judging by the dedication of owners and the service and passion of guys like Ryan we have a stone cold classic on our hands already.

Jumping on the props to Ztech I concur.

My car just had £6k of work done at z-tech and like you the path didn't run smooth (not down to ryan and team) but ryan gave world class service with constant info and advice.

He has another happy customer here. (running sweet as ryan and i will soon come for the timer and the boost controller etc.)

How Much Did He Do Your Tubs For And Were They Standerd One Replased?

How Much Did He Do Your Tubs For And Were They Standerd One Replased?

i had a whole list of stuff done while the engine was out for new autobox, oil pump, prop bearings etc. etc.

Tubs were listed on my invoice as supply and fit £1,800. If you get it done consider doing other stuff that is close to its fail time as well. I did this so as to save in the long run and enjoy piece of mind for the future. Ryan really knows the cars and the team down there are all committed to the Zed cause. I like the way ryan will tell you when you don't need to spend money as much as advising you as to what you do need.

Sweet as a nut mate sweet as. Apexi monitor showing regular 340PS and 13.5psi (360 tubs, intake, stillen IC's, injen hard pipes, mine's ECU and custom zorst) and feels smooth as silk through the drive train. Now just need to sort the front end shimmy and suspension squeak for the trip to the ring.
