    Gave myself a double hernia by catching my Z engine when one of the slings slip off it as we lifted it out of the van. :slap: :wack: :headvswal Not a clever thing to do, but it stopped it and my mate John being damaged. Very sore at the mo, but I'll be ballet dancing in an other few weeks.

    By the way Chris Greddy the Nurse was a bit much I carn't beleive you got a picture of her after I said no I'm too sore.
