hi guys went to have me MOT done today and low and behold she failed :cry: I could'nt believe it first time she's ever let me down. The bloke came from under the car and told me that the steering rack gaiter had ripped in half ( nothing major i know, but still annoying cause if it failed could'nt come to the meet next week. ) Anyway, so gave jeff a bell at zedworld and told him what had happened and he told me that if i come straight away he could squeeze me in. :dance: My new problem was that i now only had an hour and half to get there and back so the car could pass before the MOT bloke went home :xxx: So i raced over to jeff ( At the speed limit of course :D ) to get it done then raced back to get the car passed. :smash:

Top man to jeff many thanks which means i can still come to the meet next week ( 19th march ) :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

nice one mate! Jeff was kind enough to sort me out when mine failed last year - steering rack was one of the few problems. :wack:

Jeff is one of the most helpful and accomodating mechanics out there....this is my personal opinion of course!!!

 

Also I have to say that cos he's doing my engine swop at the mo!!!

 

He genuinely is though and a credit to the Zed World (Do you like what I did there).

which one was yours cause he had a few there, there was this mad bright orange one there with a wide arch kit on it and lambo doors, was supposed to be going in a magazine according to it.

Well I've got sequential twin turbos car there (peter) which I'm taking the engine, gearbox and tubs off and mine but that hasn't arrived yet!!!

 

i liked the orange ones stance but not the colour!! I love going to see Zedworld...maybe I'm sad but I love these cars and have only had the pleasure of driving 250 miles in mine before it went pop!!

 

Lets hope Jeff gets mine fixed soon. HINT!!

I reckon MOt testers cut steering and driveshaft gaitors while there under there testing, every car I've ever owned failed every year for that reason!
