Don't lose heart Birdy, when they are going well the feeling is fantastic. When they stop, ugh, its money time. Don't give up, take the motor out and strip it, have a look at the inside, see whats gone wrong, then make a decision about what to do. Replace the motor, or rebuild. Don't jump until you know what the options are.
