Here you go Karl, proof you can have good idle running full engine managment and 850cc injectors.

It is all down to the guy that mapped it or in some cases the clowns that try LOL;)

Cheers bud, Got mine all checked over and Mapping was spot on but a sticking stepper motor !! ( idle control valve ) Sorted that and now idle is ......... ( as tina turner says ...SOLID AS A ROCK ...sits at 1000rpm dead now , Annoying how something so small can make the problems seem so big.

TBH a rough idle is not usually down to just the injectors but more high lift cams, you will be ok on a 300zx as you cant really get really high lift cams unlike the skyline or supra where the skys the limit and you should hear some of them on idle!!

 

IMHO i would rather lose a little bit of power and have a smoother car to drive a lower speeds :)
