Having been pulled three times in two weeks im afraid to say that the number plate has to go back on :cry: I know I should have one anyway but the car looks so good with out it check it out on the Ricerocket website!! cant afford any more fixed penalty fines and the up keep of the zed, been a bad day altogether actually fell of the kerb and damaged me wheels got stopped for no number plate and now the skirt as cracked due to the frost getting in an hairline crack that I didnt know happened when I hit the bottom of the car 6 weeks ago

policeman saw that one in the window said i was not allowed to use it, got to take it to a garage and have it properly signed and sealed

Just take it on the chin Shar. You know you been pushing it for some time. I guess the eyes fluttering bit failed to work, I just can't understand it, must have been a policeman batting for the other side...........win some, lose some.

Thats the problem with those bumpers, look great, but theres no place to fit a number plate.

fit a hinged one in the duct under the nose attached to a solenoid and actuator arm

when you dont want it shown, energise the solenoid . pull the plate up horizontal into the duct , when plod are about flip it down for all to see ........

been toying with this idea myself but on the rear number plate ( anti gatso device)

 

just need a "Q" type boffin to come up with a design that will work ....
