Lol, its not screwed down properly either. Goes down about 15mm or summint.

Got the wrong thread cut. Its some made up crap.

Think its a bit big too, but get her back on the lathe and munch it up some more.

think it should be a M10 thread bud. but you knew that LOL..

Lol, I gave it a wash.

 

Its not M10x1.5 or M10x1.25 or M10x1.

 

I have found that a 3/8 BSF tap goes down the gear nob, but it wont screw on the gear stick. Its 10 thou over size. So probably going to have to run a 3/8 BSF die nut down the gear stick to take the 10 thou off.

 

Then hope I dont screw it up, lol....

 

 

Also going to make another gear nob as that one is too big.

i made mine see my rides section. i could have sworn that it was m10 coarse :headvswal sorry bud way a while when i made it LOL

Put some thread gauges on and checked in zeus book. Only matched to 3/8 bsf.

Gotta say, i never tried coarse, but it def dont look coarse.

Will check it out.
