banging heater

when I picked up my car Martin told me the heater was noisy. Fair dos I though - switched it on and theres an almighty banging noise.

 

So i took it apart and this is what I found. . . . .

    no idea - I thought heater would have been sealed?

    I think its from car was left in storage. - fookin beyond me how it got in there.

    ugh - just think of the smell in summer had I left it . . . :(
