You need to read the story. *If* it's true, and if I was the owner (and assuming he didn't do something really stupid like go off somewhere leaving the guy in the back with the car locked and child locks on etc) I'd be absolutely fuming. Imagine that happening to your zed.

 OMG!!!

Convertible Jag. I would be well pissed. Is there no way the guy could sue the fire bridgade

Not good! However the guy that moved the injured person from the car needs to read a first aid book :slap:

Pissed would be an understatement I think...

Yep, the guy should never have moved him...duh!!

Bloody hell how gutted would you be  but the mac is right you never move someone who been in a crash that is complaining of back aches

its happened a few times that i know of - although we now have overall control at rtc's (even though were not on the predetermined attendance - but thats another arguament!), its the paramedics call as to whether the casualty needs to come out on a spine board, we just create the space to get in there!

think it was in the midlands somewhere that a casualty got put in the back of a police traffic car, then decided they had backache - roof off! never seen it on quite such a nice car tho!

moral of the story? - if you come across an rtc, leave the casualties in situ unless dangerous to do so, and await arrival of the paramedics!

Yeah, I did wonder about that too. I'm assuming the injured party decided they could walk? Bit odd though.

it's because of the adrenilin. shuts out the pain. had it happen before at a job where the lad was waiking about for a good 10mins. then we had to board him, spent 3 months in gobowen hospital with broken back. as said by mowgs it does happen. and you'd be hard pushed to get a succsessful claim

that shape jag is only a ford mondeo in a suit but still id be pissed.
