microsoft word help plz

I saved some screen shots of my laptop while using nissan datascan on my zed using microsoft word, now all 3 screen shots are saved in the same .doc file, i want to post them on the forum to try and help diagnose a problem im having but i cant seem to upload them.

 

I have tried copy and pasteing into the post thread page but doesnt work, how can i upload the screenshots from word to my photobucket account, or convert them to pictures or something. please help iv'e been trying for an hour now and just can't do it..... :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal

    can you not right-click on each picture and save it as a bitmap?

    as an absolute last resort you can press PRINT SCREEN to take a screen grab and then PASTE it into Microsoft Paint or something.
