NZR cd changer question.

Hi all,

 

I've got a 10 disk cd changer in the boot of the Zed ATM that reads standard CD-R's,

 

Trouble is i've got about 30gb's worth of music on my pc & was wondering if you can get a CD changer that reads DVD-r's???
