Anyone???

I was hoping to get these made this afternoon so i could fit them tonight?

I just used some rubber 'caster cups' the type that protect your wooden floor from chair legs etc, held secure with jubilee clips!

I have to admit I also made some new wheels out of chipboard and bubblewrap so don't listen to me.

Just a dumb thought really but if you disconect the vacuum line that activates the opening of the recirc and then conect this same vacuum line to the BOV's instead, won't the stock recircs just stay shut all the time...? Might provide a temorary solution at least...?

No!!! For christ sake don't do this!!! Under load the bloody things will just blow open causing boost fluctuation!!, trust me it's been tried before!!!

Remove the old recircs completely which is dead easy then blacnk off the old ones.. (Saves a few grams of weight anyway!)

You really need to use a 28mm copper tube stop end from a plumbers merchant and some jubilee clips for the top hose and a 32mm copper tube stop end for the bottom ones!!! Trust nissan to be bloody awkward and use differnt size hoses!! :D

Oh, and when install the BOV's don't forget to install them as near to the throttle boddies as possible for maximum functionality!!!

HKS BOV'S Fitted lastnight, and holes plugged.....sounds great......

Thanks Chris......(mr greedy for the info)

The size caps you require is 30mm. As a matter of interest B&Q sell rubber caps for walking stick ends, 2 per bag, £2.98p. fit a real treat. and when your my age, they could come in handy in an emergency.

I had copper caps for a while but they kept popping out.

 SO I had lighter alloy caps made with a better sealing edge/side.

Good Call Dude!!! Forgot to add that I also sealed around the caps with some water-tight silicone to ensure there was no leakage what so ever!!! :smash:
