£30 (inc Vat) per run and we have 15 places. Even if you just want to come to see what happens at these events. Who is interested?

 

There will be 1 run per car (Normal is 3). Apparently, they have new software that doesnt require 3 runs to get a smooth curve.

Was a good day out, the lads running the place were top, i might listen to Kirbz more often!!!

 

Anyway, i'll start the ball rolling with some figures then:

 

230 at the wheels (est calc of 315.9 at fly) at 6465 rpm with 284lb of torque at 3932 rpm.

overfuelling like a bitch too, as everyones lungs and blue lips will testify!!!

i was hoping for around 280 maybe a bit more. When i got dynod at thor last year i had 200 at the hubs. Since then, a powerfc (half mapped by my goodself), new exhaust and decat. chuffed to buggery, data;logit and wideband here we come, he seemed to think there was another 20 to 30 bhp hiding amongst the poor fuelling.

Again, thanks to Pete for organising it, would have been nice to see some 300's there..... :x: :tongue:

why have you tried to map your own car?? leave it to people who are experts in doing it ;)

 

if the car is running rich then yeh your losing power mate so stop being a tight git and get it mapped :)

Why are they experts??? they just have the toold to do it.

its not a black art...and yes i refuse to pay 70 to 100 quid an hour for mapping.

For the price of half a days mapping i can have the kit to do it myself and can then tweak it myself (oo err) everytime i make another mod!!! jobs a guddun.
