Has anyone ever tried this if so how was it done im having colourfull ideas of putting a supercharger from a Nissan Xterra or Frontier where my air con compressor use to be but i have had a few to drink tonight lol any thoughts anyone??

The main problem is overcoming the 80-100bhp power loss from driving the supercharger.......

Thats where the turbos and Noz come in ;)

This all looks intresting I allready have the electric fan and a twin turbo box and front prop shaft on my N/A also the nos is in the pipe line I dont mind pouring the cash into it to have a supercharged nos zed just to be different;) need to find someone whos up for the challange

I may be talking b0l0cks (its not unknown) but, especially if you are gaining by losing the air con, 80-100 bhp loss from running the charger seems a bit excessive??

I dont know about the power loss I find it hard to belive that 80-100bhp is realistic ive been it contact with a man who can fit the supercharger but its looking to cost 4k at the moment so still looking into ways of bringing that cost down when i find out a more realistic way of doing it i will let you guys know

i got a mechanic who fits vortex supercharger, he specilaise in honda's and VW and audi's , they got and evo that's 400bhp at the wheels (he had it dynod) they cost like 2.5k for the 50bhp and 4.5k for the 100bhp but thats inlcuding everything inc new Ecu.

 

i got another mechanic/auto elect he's bit more expensive but damn he's goood, he built his own drag car from scratch he's hoping to get a 1/4 mile in under 10 sec with out nos. in his v8 camero.

Whats his garage and phone number bud I would like to see what sort of price he can do me as im gonna do alot of the work myself need someone to fit the supercharger, make the pipe work for it and the custom ecu thanks a5ain
