just used mozilla firefox browser for the first time and noticed that my smiley icons are'nt moving at all??

 

any idea why??

 

i have ditched the norton system works and norton internet security in favour of

zone alarm and avg antivirus is this a good choice guys :cool:

Isn't there a "disable animation" option in Firefox somewhere?

make sure all boxes are ticked mate except the one that says from originating site

Talking of Firefox, has anyone else had problems with getting Quicktime movies to play?

 

I keep getting the little green jigsaw puzzle piece which you are supposed to be able to click to get the plug-in, but it won't install automatically and the manual install button just takes you to a Microsoft site where you are presented with a list of plug-ins (and I don't know which one to use as they seem unrelated).

 

Weird thing though - I have the latest version of Quicktime installed from CD.
