I accidently held the shift button for to long

some bloomin filter key option selected and its muckin up my comp

and i cannot turn it off

 

have tried reboot and reholding shift key then selecting cancel

 

PLEASE HELP!!! :headvswal

Assuming windows xp..:

 

Click Start menu -> control panel

 

Then open up accessibility options, you can untick filter keys or sticky keys from here.

 

Hope that helps :cool:

Start>control panel>accessibility options>keyboard>uncheck the box and click OK!

Edit:- Just found this; To turn off the filter keys hold down shift, press F7, then push the other shift key three times.

kk thanks for all the advice guys, nope i didn't reboot after the control panel thingy

yes i am a dumbass lol

 

have fixed it tho, had a brain fart and used system restore back to this mornin ;)
