lol i would normally be extremeley confident but i had a bit of a shock today ,, i had a health check and was given my wieght seeing as i havent wieghed my self in 7yrs, it scared the living out of me, guess me wieght , , ???

lol , no 28 stone,, 4 lbs, ,im clinicly obease, !!! i almost fell over , basicaly my heart lungs have kept me going this long, because i was so fit in younger days ,but she said i wont have long left unless i change my ways ,

 

so i have a plan a stone a month is too come off ,or i wont see another 34 yrs, .. my poor zed , and to think i can stilll fit in one lol ,!!!

but it is still a 3 litre turbo even if it is diesel lol

and it has less running problems and I can sleep in it :dance:
