having a working clutch!-as y'all know this has caused some head scratching! :o -but thanks to Pete and another slave cylinder I managed to get enough clearance on the release arm to get gears :hyper:

then set about sorting the cooling out,as after the little voyage on Thursday

it was spitting water out of the top overflow.I put this down to an air lock and refilled the system carefully!-and fingers crossed,when setting up the carb,the fan kicked in,went off and could bear my hand on the rad,so she aint' overheating!

Now for another little run :D -whipped down to boldy's and first thing that is apparent is the gearing,seems very low.Engine pick-up is instant and has the rear scrabbling but top end is gonna suffer-great for the track tho'! :D

Next job will be to cut the bonnet up :eek: and make a bulge of sorts to fit an air filter but at least I can get it to the MOT and put some miles on it!

Oh! and as if by magic the speedo jumped into life and doesn't seem a mile out but will check with the GPS-and did I mention the noise............ :bow:
