Hi all, apolgies cos I'm sure this has been asked many times but couldn't find a relevant thread, what width rims/tyres will fit on a LWB zed without any modification to arches? I'm looking at some 235/40/18 on the front and 265/40/18 rears, will these slow the car down/affect the handling too much? I don't want to impair these at all if poss

Many thanks

you want 35 profile on the rears but them sizes will be fine as long as the car is not been lowered too much

My new wheels had 245/45/18 Front and 275/40/18 Rear. they were too big and rubbed. I changed them to 235/40/18 Front and 265/35/18 Rear. they fit nice and snug and are what I would recommend you use mate.

Hope this helps.

As I know it most (if not all) japanese sports cars seem to have a 5mm lower profile on the rear so as to level the vehicle out? Now I aint no expert and this fact could be the same on all sports cars? But its something to do with having wider wheels on the arse end and the set up of the axles.
