Decided to give the z a run to the garage and back to put some fuel in and see if she drove ok.

Well fook me if I couldn't even back out the garage cos' the B*****d clutch aint clearing again! :rant:

After pumping it like a maniac I just managed to snick reverse and away we went!-second noticeable thing-the engine runs like a sack o' shite(needs setting up) but on the whole it drove well and sounds like thunder!

Got her back home and stuck it back on the lift to investigate and found fluid leaking out the p/rod boot!-so that's fooked before I start :headvswal

Need a TT Slave cylinder-like yesterday! :o :(

You are so close, so dont be disheartened buddy.

 

Always found that the small block with a Holley or Edelbrock fitted, always needs a bit of a faf around with to get it running OK.

 

Either start great from cold and when warm cut out or splutter, or viseversa !!

 

Any help I can offer, just ask bud.
