How do you remove the trim which houses the centre lift up lid box??

I am trying to run my RCA cables down the centre of the Z but cannot figure out how to remove the above section the only screws I can see are near the gear stick??

    you have to take out the felt "pad" that lines the bottom of the box, there are screws under there, 4 in total I think, then it just comes right out.......
