Well I heard great things about it, and I got the set for Chrimbo.

 

Tried it today.

 

Rinsed, turned the nozzle to shampoo, hardly any foam comes out. Then it tells you to rub the "foam" with a sponge. Which, if your car was very dirty like mine, means shifting one lot of dirt from one area to another. To alleviate this you have to regularly rinse the sponge (which was icy this afternoon) and because there wasn't much foam I couldn't really tell where I had and hadn't been.

 

Then when I thought it was clean, I rinsed with plain water then ionised water.

"Watch the water come off in sheets" it says, well loook at the attachment, just like normal. Chamios territory definitely. :rant:

 

It's now 3 hours since I cleaned it and it's still really wet. :headvswal

 

So overall, it saved me no time, :smw: and I got colder hands than with a bucket of nice hot soapy water.

 

Not impressed.

 

Am I using it wrong? :smash:

I had a lot of foam when I used mine and about 98% of the water came of after I used Ionized water. So I do'nt know whats happening with yours?? I tell you what as you live local you can come around and wash my car with my Flash thing and see how good it is then you would know if yours is not working properly. LOL

Funny you say that-mine seemed to be wet for ages!-but next day it looked spot-on! (or spotless LOL!)

I found it easier to 'soap' the sponge and not the car,also if it's really dirty,rinse the crud off first!

I soaped the sponge with un diluted stuff out of the bottle as recommended as well as squirting it out of the gun. You will have to wait a while for it to dry I left mine overnight and by the morning it was shining and dry.

OK I'll wait and see then! Should have a disclaimer on it "not suitable for dirty cars".

I got one and its superb. Saves me loads of time and I love it!!!
