steering wheel

My steering wheel looks like someone has been at it with an axe , i was curios as to whether there was a nicer nissan steering wheel standard fit (poss from a differnt nissan), so i wouldnt have to fit a boss, or where could i get a good 3 spoke wheel from, ive looked and cannot find one anywhere..
