As Im having a lot of work done on the exterior of the car, I need to update the interior. As it stands at the moment, its standard grey uk tweed trim and seats.

I have seen the kits on ebay, designed for RHD cars made in Italian leather. Are these worth while? Are these easier to fit because they are shaped, or is it just the same as getting the material from the market. Also, has anyone done this with another material ie Alcantara?

Thanks

Barry

Speak to Legrath he has a really nice leather re trim done on his, you can searc his posts for the supplier. I do'nt know about the ebay ones.

i cut the trim myself but it was only vinyl.

i would buy the leather/vinyl yourself and cut it.much cheaper way of doing it!

Im about halfway through changing from the horrible grey stock stuff to nice grey vinyl, tranforms the car for minimuim cost.

Mine was done by the last owner. I was told it was a fairly easy task. The only hard part or should I say laborius was taking out each panel one by one and fitting it back on again. The kit was bought off eBay so I am lead to believe.

You can come and help me then Yampiedog lol. Its got some blue in, not finished.

Going to change to black.
