What a lucky escape I had today, finally gave the burd a go in the car as she's been wanting to drive it for ages.....managed 500 yards before sliding off of a straight road and landing us in a field (no fence).....after digging a nice hole in the ground with the rear tyres trying to get out and after standing about looking stupid a white van man stopped and towed us out the field.

 

After a wash the cars fine....no damage!

 

A valuable lesson learned though.

Get her a Fiesta.....

I let my wife "try to drive mine" however she couldnt even reverse it out of the drive... I was pmsl ...really was .... she kept stalling it..... she eventually flooded the engine and I told her to abort...

I thought twice about letting the bird drive my F reg Cavalier a couple of years ago because it was a bit longer than her Fiesta, needless to say she backed it into a wall. Driving the Z is a "no-no" and she knows it :D
