you need to have the pic hosted, http://www.photobucket.com is good and free, and will give you the code too

 

but basically you copy the url of the picture, then place

Its turned up, I'll sort it when I get home in about an hour. (cant do it at work)

to reduce the size if you have photoimpression or similar you can go in to my pictures from there reduce the size and resave it ;)

Sorry mate, but I can't see why they can't be saved as Gif imeges :confused: Incidentley Bitmap is a supported format on here, unless they are then too large for it that way.

 

EDIT* I've just checked this out, you can only have an avatar of 10Kb, one of them saved as a BMP will be 10.4Kb and the other will be 8.96, whic will be acceptable.

cheers mate ive done it. downloaded photoshop and then saved it as a gif file. and it works
