Suspended ceillings...can anyone help?

Hi all

 

I am looking to put a lowered ceilling up in my new unit to conserve heat & help lower my bills. The main unit is 4700sq ft.

 

Is there anyone on this site that knows about suspended ceillings? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

 

Oh, just had a thought. If there is anyone that can actually do suspended ceillings & want to quote or do a deal against bodywork let me know.

    I have been known to do a ceilling or two. Do you know what sort of thing you are looking for? Would it be solid with lighting below or a grid with the lighting set into it?

    If it were solid you could use the upper space for storage.
