I was thinking this year how about exstending the Event to the nuremberg ring aswell and prehaps attending the Drift event rather than the drag one.

 

 

I'm going and decided to also go to Disney Land aswell :x: why not never been before and is out that way also prehaps Park Asterix ok i may of gone that one step too far now :D

right i just got the fonts i wanted from my collection, i will do bonnet stickers and door stickers rear stickers etc..

 

i was thinking in doing them in the gumball style so i have done a quick mockup of the sticker.

 

the door numbers will be in a different font, im doing those now.

 

it would be good closer to the time to get the names of those who are going so i can get name stickers done!! with member names quoted in the middles

 

like so simon "PK1" pritchard

 

will add that pic in a few mins..

 

 

remember these are not permanent stickers and they can be taken off your car safely after use.

also be good to get more stickers from local businesses if y ou can to add to them, i will be having a load from freinds local busnisses on mine.. just make sure they are not permanent or you will have to warm them up with a hairdryer before taking them off..

 

for those who want the back and gold versions they can be done but they are more expensive and if i got those done there would be some form of contribution required, but the standards i will cover.

I reckon the german road trip will gather more interest than KOE this year. The actual KOE event last year was nothing special(we watched about 10mins of it over the weekend :rofl: ), but a full on road trip would be great.

tried that when doing them didnt look right, thats why you have the name tag stickers.. and you can supply and other stickers you like..

Get into Cologne for 19th June spend 48 hours there taking in the England Football Beer festivle then onto the ring which is only 55 miles from Cologne :)

 

Few days around the ring then free to do what ever else, those are my basic ideas for now. If we can all agree on this then i'll start looking at the ferrys, earlier we book the cheaper it is :)

by this time my wife will be due in two months so i have to be careful how long im away for also i have to close the business for a few days also, so my time is limited somewhat, i could possibly stretch to 4 days but that would be it... i was looking at a good weekend so 4 days seems reasonable to me? that ok chris?

Was thinking Sunday to Friday but the trip is fully flexible

 

You dont have to like football to be involved in one of the camps they have setup for the tournement, Germany will be literally buzzing at that time, should be a great time. Cologne is a great base being so close to the Ring, and only a couple of hours from the Ferry.

The Ferry is working out about £125 each return :dance: this includes a inside cabin to kip in :dance: :dance:

 

I spent almost that getting to Dover & back so £125 is a cracking price, we'll need to book within the next month though i'd say.
