I'm looking at learning car maintenace etc so i can work on my cars myself.

I can do the basic servicing but engine removal etc are beond me.

my question is how do you go about learning?

Unfortunatly i'm in full time employment so i'd be learing at home evenings & weekends.

I have 2 cars so i can afford to have 1 off road & 1 to tinker with but apart from that i don't have a bloody clue lol

Any help is appreciated.

If its Training and Qualifications your after then most Colleges run Vehicle maintence evening courses.

If your after learning zed specific mechanics yourself, then there are many guides on the Net for all aspects of zed repairs and maintenance.

Check out the FAQ section here and http://www.300zx.org.uk for starters.

I think that so long as you understand the mechanics of the car then you're OK. If you don't then I wouldn't touch it, Lol.
