Well, I've spent the last 2 days replacing the heater matrix + clutch booster.

 

I've done this job once before on my other Zed & I don't want to have to do it again :rant: my hands are cut to pieces. WTF were nissan thinking of, that has to be the worst job on the zed! Anyway it's done now, just hope I didn't fook anything up along the way :o :D It seems ok at the moment.

 

At last, heat & a clutch! wohoo :D

No, he bought one from Courtesy Nissan but never got around to getting it fitted. It's got a brand new matrix + clutch booster so hopefully that's the end of it.

 

You need the heater this time of year I can tell you.

Come to think of it, I was warmer when flying my Microlight last week and that is saying something :D
