I always dreamed of one and polishing it up to stainless steel finish, but i think it would have been illegal on the road, but how BLING would that be!

 

 

The bodywork had a strange finish to it,you would need a grinder to make a flat surface LOL

It looks shite now but it was awsome in back 2 the future in 1985. ;)

I nearly bought one straight out of long beach california in 84 they couldnt give em away !!! $12,000 for the 82 i think it was and $14,000 for the 84 (last ones) at the time it was $2 to the pound so it just goes to show how cheap they were !! they robbed bits off the stored cars to fix the ones that came back that had fell apart

The production always reminded me of that film with Micheal Keiton where he has to increase production line speed at a car factory and they send cars out wiv no engines in !!!! i,m sure Delorion did that at the end just to plump up figures
