Reporting scammers on e-bay (how do you do it ??)

I was looking for a Tom Tom sat nav for my dad, he is not in the best of health (parkinsons disease) and his memory is not what it was just browsing e-bay when i noticed this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOMTOM-GO-500-GPS-SAT-NAV-WITH-TOM-TOM-BLUETOOTH_W0QQitemZ5840897677QQcategoryZ1498QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem as i am flicking through them all about 10 have "bought whilst on holiday no longer needed as i am in austrailia" There is about half a dozen user names and when you go to history its not right there either !! To be honest i wouldnt buy this sort of thing from a seller like that but i am just p*ssed off with this scam crap!! Dont you think e-bay should give out gift voucher rewards or do SOMETHING to encourage users to shop these people?? Finally to the point WHERE THE FOOK on e-bay is the report a scammer button i CANNOT find it anywhere :headvswal Anyway with Christmas coming up and people like my mum and dad (innocent people) desperate to try and be modern and get with the trend and maybe get a little bit of a bargain get STUFFED by these ARSEHOLES :rant: Ther really should be an easier way to report !!

    look at the other items he sold. WTF???? :confused: all by sellers with 10 feedback and they are all no longer registered. and they all cost about 71p. and he's based in BEIJING!!! WTF has that got to do with Australia?

    out of the 10 people that have left him feedback, 9 of them are no longer registered users of ebay and have been removed. Summit not right there
