Couldnt believe it i just heard he died a few hours ago i fookin loved that mans comedy genious, i used to recite his live acts to all me mates in school

He is the reason Eddie Murphy became a comedian !!

    Damn, RIP Richard Prior.

     

    At one stage he was a pimp and at another was quoted as saying "I fell in love with the pipe, that mother f***** said 'don't answer the phone, we got some smokin to do' "! He was a real dude!

     

    He sure was funny though - loved Stir Crazy and See No Evil, Hear No Evil. Great films.

     

    A sad loss.
